Hiring Process

Our application process is more than just “apply, review, interview, offer.” Our teams are strongest when we welcome a diverse group of backgrounds, beliefs, and experiences into our Sizewise family, so our goal is to get to know you.

Apply

Be specific. What goals have you met? Do you hold certain certifications? Tell us what drives you and makes you feel like you’ve made a difference.

Review

We’re not just looking for whether you fit the position you applied for—you might fit another position even better. Most of all, we’re checking that you show the traits we hold dearest: a service attitude, policy compliance, and a drive for teamwork.

Interview

Do you fit our culture? Do you have new ideas and goals? Who are you? If we agree there’s a mutual fit, we’ll send your resume and everything we've learned about you to the hiring manager. They’ll give you a call.

Offer

If you’re selected, the hiring manager will work with a Talent Acquisition rep to develop an offer. They'll reach out to get verbal acceptance that you are ready to begin your career with Sizewise!

Onboarding

You'll get an offer letter and pre-paperwork sent after you've given your verbal acceptance and decided your start date. And then you're on your way!
